Meal Prepping - Part 1πŸ’ͺ

Full Meal Prep Recipes 🍳 Breakfast 1. Protein Shake 1 scoop whey protein, 1 banana, ~250ml low-fat milk, a few nuts, and any fruit of choice. Blend and done. 2. Egg Oats Chilla (my fav) Chopped vegetables + 3 eggs + ~30-50g oats + chilli flakes, oregano, salt, and black sesame seeds (optional). Mix everything and cook like a chilla on a pan. Pair it with low-fat mint mayonnaise. πŸ•Lunch Paneer Palak Rice Grind spinach + coriander into a paste and mix it with cooked rice. Add vegetables (corn, tomatoes, etc.) and ~100g low-fat paneer. Have it with ~100g curd on the side. 🍜Dinner Wheat Spaghetti Boil whole wheat pasta. For the sauce: blend tomatoes + ~75g low fat paneer + basic masalas (salt, chilli, oregano, etc.). Cook the sauce, mix in the pasta, and top with roasted chickpeas for crunch + extra protein. 🧁Dessert Paneer Protein Mousse 1 scoop whey protein + ~25-50g low fat paneer, blend together. Add a little sweetener (optional), some nuts, and soaked chia seeds.
