Honestly I'll wait at an intersection longer than I have to, so that a cop isn't behind me. Even when I'm not driving drunk (I don't drink 😆). I just get nervous having an officer behind me, and they drive so close to your bumper it's crazy man.

State Trooper doesn't have Jurisdiction in a Parking lot, he'd have to wait for local Pd, to make the arrest, a lots of paper work. But he can definitely stop you
