Im Guessing Saw operator error. His front wheels are in the air and it's riding on the Blade. Either he lost hydraulic pressure to the wheels and She bolted OR he pulled the wrong lever and dumped pressure before it had time to spin up. Either way Bad day for everybody😮😢😢

The machine caught something and shook itself into reverse I had the same thing happened on a job site luckily it only hit the medium center divider wall and not a vehicle the Ford and reverse levers are horrible they jump out of position

everyone one here pointing fingers finding fault. Sometimes shit happens. the truck wasn’t going to fast, they had a flagger or a sign and something happened with the construction equipment making it run in front of the truck. Could this have been avoided, of course. Were they being cautious, absolutely. Did bad shit just happen, yup. Could it have been worse? most definitely.
