This is Bear Bachmeier. This is one of his high school highlights. Yes, he is a QB and he does wear the number 47. He just finished his freshman campaign at BYU and was the Big 12 freshman of the year. ESPN just listed him as the #1 sophomore quarterback heading into this year.
