I’ve done that a couple time when people behind me aren’t slowing down. Thanks to my drivers education teacher I watch behind me when stopped.

He made it sound like he thought ahead, he really didn't. He didn't think he was going to stop in time, it just turned out that it saved him from the one behind him.

I kinda blame the truck that moved. too He braked super late and didn't really see the cars stopped either. Both trucks were a problem.

he moved because he wasnt gonna stop in time himself. So his brake lights came on late giving the drivers behind him not enough time to stop. You can tell the dashcam is in a big red truck (its at the height of the top of the Escape in front of it), so between that and the Escape view from traffic was blocked, Escape hit the brakes late, and so did the giant thing behind it

I did that once, while commuting. Crew cab truck towing a trailer, behind me, was obviously unable to stop in time, so I pulled into the same space. Road was dry, so the truck was able to stop, (just barely), before hitting the car in front of me but, if I'd stayed in that lane, we'd have been exchanging insurance information, and the trucks skid marks stayed visible for months.

I remember when my mom wasnt paying attention and she started moving towards the other car, but our car stopped because its camera saw this and stopped, my mom hates this function sometimes, but one time it saved her

when you're stoped at the start of a traffic jam you're suposed! to put your warning lights until the person behind you put them or until it is safe to remove them, why the fuck did no one do that!
