Yeah, but the odds of him actually making the show are slim to none. The kid went in the 7th round even as a 7 footer. That means that if he was 4-5 inches shorter and had the same amount of skill, he certainly would’ve gone undrafted. It takes more than being massive to make an NHL roster, this ain’t the NBA.

Knowing how hard it is to stay physically fit and healthy at that size… I hope he goes out of his way and does all the extra things to stay healthy and has the balls not to let the organization push him too hard.
