Mineral oil will likely be absorbed by seals designed for DOT3 4 or 5.1 brake fluid. The seals can swell and cause malfunctions. I would get that mineral oil out of there asap.

Coming from the vw/audi world, those after run coolant pumps are used to prevent the oil in the turbos from turning to sludge if shut down after a hard driving session. They use an electric fan and a thermo switch in tandem to run for 5-10mins after driving to cool the turbos enough the oil wont bake. Knowing how yall drive your machines, id suggest keeping it. But if the turbos blow, time to go bigger 💨

There is a relation between DoT brake fluid and mineral oil brake fluid. The relation is pretty much the same as between petrol and diesel - you don't put one where the other should go. Because mismatched brake fluid would swell seals designed for the other one.
