I use weed eater string to clean my sunroof drains. I've seen people use compressed air but be careful because the drain tubes aren't one solid tube and can separated inside the trim and will seem like the clogs gone and it'll drain into the inside of the car .✌🏻🇺🇸✌🏻

I’m a professional technician of over 25 years and I use the zip tie pulley belt trick all the time. So much faster than using the tools.

Don't need to buy one of those cleaning kits. If you have a gas powered weed eater, just runs some of the line down thru the drain holes. Does the same thing as the cleaning kit but you already have what you need so it saves you money. If you don't have a weed eater, you probably have a friend, neighbor, relative, etc that does just ask if they'd be willing to cut you off a 4-5 foot section of their string and there ya go.
