Most human bodies are already less dense than water. Salt just makes the density difference even greater. Correction: you're less dense than fresh water with air in your lungs, but not without it (i.e. if you're drowning).

The Dead Sea is so salty that it heals wounds faster (but it will burn like hell) - 20 years ago I went there a few days after a serious bicycle accident that left my knees with big gashes. It hurt so bad when I entered the water but a few days later the wounds closed up nicely.

Twenty years ago there was talk of adding fresh water to it from the Red Sea. The electricity to desalinate the water would come from the energy generated by the water falling from the Red Sea which is far higher than the Dead Sea. THe project was abandoned.

Which is why the Great Salt Lake is called what it is, despite being the same setup with Utah Lake as the Dead Sea is with the Sea of Galilee

We have a lake in England which is high up amongst hills, it's a group of small lakes, ponds maybe......but one of them is salt water, which the locals think is weird. It's quite a long walk up to it.

Can this process of salt concentrating in the lake after water evaporating technically go indefinitely? Where will all the salt go?

Lake Manitou in north Saskatchewan also has super salinity and you can float. Its full of mini shrimps, there is an abandoned canning factory on it. Really cool, but I accidentally swallowed some water and it instantly ripped my throat apart. Incredibly painful.
