Thank you for making such a great video. In my academic I never got first grade. I thought it was due to my brain. Also, in my work some I do well and some I thought it is due to my hardwork. I stuck to my old designation to a senior software role since 17yrs. I thought it was due to my communication and exploration. Now, it is clear it was due to my grown environment and circumstances. Now, I never blame myself or others. I will think to come out and I will make sure my next generation overcome wilth these.

My friend is from a brahmin family and i’ve always wondered why she was calm during exams and academics , the day I met her parents and visited her house i was shocked to see how they treated her, talked to how they use to respect each other no conflicts no arguments I wish I had the same ecosystem in my house as well
