Chase is so intriguing and we can easily listen for hours. Please bring him back ❤
This is the first time in my entire life I have watched a full episode of any podcast. I dont even have words.
I can do that. "Be the most comfortable person in the room" Changes my locus of competitiveness.
Steven, I always enjoy watching your podcasts. You have significantly changed my life by my health diet and the way I communicate with others. I always try to lift others up. Chase is one of my favorite influencers. You and he are so kind and caring, it resonates with my spirit. Peace to you both ❤️
31:24 He is hypnotizing him to let him like what he talks about. 😂 1: First he's starting to repeatingly telling the fact, that when the blink rate drops, the person is more relaxed. 2: For his next step he relies on the behavior of his interviewer, who will try it out and will stay focused on blinking less. 3: He is saying something that you normally would not hear because the typical phrase would be different and more obvious than the right one: "The person who blinks the less often is the most interestED person in the room". Normally Everybody suspects the word "interesting". And because of that he doesn't hear it, and he is pulling him more and more in a psychological spiral of "root access", and will more and more believe what he says. 😂 Clever. But i noticed it directly, idk why. But i have the option to play the video backwards to fully prove it, i think normally it would be difficult to completely recognize, that he is trying to manipulate. 😂
Confidence, discipline,leadership, gratitude and enjoyment
Oh my God, this episode was so interesting! I'm not sure how many times I'll listen to it again. It truly contains so much information and different approaches and methods for dealing with others. Thank you, Steven, for having such a wonderful guest. Khalid, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Stephen Bartlett and Chase Hughes....Two of my favourite podcasters
Ten minutes in he mentions something I learned as a Paramedic. Slowing down calms people around you !
I love love this channel. Steven has the most interesting guests on. He asks great questions. Chase is compelling listening. Such a quick mind. I believe in him.
I have been following Chase for a few years now. He is regularly the most interesting content creator on the YouTube. And true to form, this is the best episode of DOAC I have ever heard. Good job finding Chase, Stephen.
Love this ! About 10 minutes before the end, you were talking about boredom. My sweet Mom passed away in January. I haven't had a conversation with her in 7 yrs because she had severe Alzheimer's. So, I try to remember the greatest things she taught me. When I was a little girl, I plopped down on the sofa and said "Mom, I'm SO bored". She KNEW that I always liked a challenge so, she said "Darlin, only the boring get bored". 😂 So, I've risen to that challenge every day of my life. Enjoy your parents while they're here, because one day, they won't be.
This kind of content deserves millions of views!
How he defined discipline is GENIUS!
"Be delusionally self-forgiving" C.H. This is so good.❤
I can’t stop smiling, this was fantastic!
I loved that. It's so interesting. About a month ago I got into the habit of making sure my kitchen was clean before going to bed and it makes starting the next day so much better and easier. I love knowing that it's a real psychological behaviour. Thank you.
The editing here is seamless. Love how it all comes together!
As someone whos is about to study psychology next year and is currently on the journey of losing weight, i am LOVING this
One of my fears is if this podcast loses people, I mean diary of a CEO has the perfect amount of time and gathers some of the GREATEST guests, keep it up 👍👌
