The moment you stop reacting is the moment you truly win.
The part on Guarding your attention like gold is a massive wake up call. We often think reacting is a show of strength, but in reality every reaction is a tax we pay on our own peace. It made me realize that the hidden price of being perceived as reactive is actually a loss of status. When you explain yourself to the unworthy, you aren't defending your honor you are just proving they can afford your attention.
Silence is Power. Attention is currency. This video just changed the way I move in real life
The biggest power play is making a narcissist irrelevant
It's a fantastic feeling to piss off people by just ignoring them 😂
This is better than therapy ❤❤🎉
Utter silence frustrates enemies more than words ever could
Silence will always win , especially when necessary. Someone tried to get my attention the other day through toxic behaviors and I ignored them.
This hit HARD. 🔥 Made me rethink how much energy I’ve been giving away without realizing it. Silence and selective presence really are power. Subscribed.
I've used the silent treatment on those who did me wrong since childhood and it has been a very effective weapon.
I ignored my ex girlfriend like that and she ended up punching me in the face that's how badly she wanted me to say something
True power lies in the ability to avoid being drawn into emotional reactions.
1. Guard your attention like gold. 2. Silence is your sharpest weapon. 3. Withdraw strategically 4. The mind breaking effect of ignoring 5. Erase the unworthy completely 6. Build the armour of indifference. 7. Ascend through calculated inaction.
Guarding my attention like gold from now on.
No one is ready for the person I'm becoming
Never React - Is the one way to win.
SILENCE IS POWERFUL
This hit hard. It’s wild how silence and self-control can shift power without saying a word—I’ve seen this play out in real life more than once. Definitely a reminder that the calmest person in the room often has the most influence.
“You have power over your mind — not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength,” Marcus Aurelius
Tough but necessary lesson for me. I have a history of avoiding people and then reacting negatively when confronted by negativity or attempts to control. All I want to do is get through my day and my work with as little friction as possible. Only last week I got into a confrontation with a security guard over a parking space. Five days ago and it's still affecting me. I should have just moved and forgotten about it.
