It’s only the “most dehumanizing” cuz it bothers u the most. Something else could be the “most dehumanizing” thing to someone else, but there’s usually some bias in it which based of ur looks and face I think there is some bias

The energy that it takes when you’re on the receiving end is exhausting….. the limit was 3 days. By day 3, I was more tired, more broken and spent, than if I’d worked 48 hours straight.

My ex did this to me often sometimes up to 3 days. I didn't realize how emotionally and mentally damaging this is until I left and I still deal with some of the affects and am still working on the personality changes that occurred. I never knew this could happen it's been 8 years do not allow anyone to do this to you ever it absolutely affects you even when you think it's not. Much love ❤️

The power of silence is not to ignore or punish; it is to protect your mind, body, and soul from toxic situations and toxic people!

This is my reaction to the games, that you play. You under estimated me, and thought I didn't notice.

Some times when people stop talking to you, they are doing you a big favor, because some people don't deserve your energy ❤❤❤ Much love and blessings to you all

This was my relationship in a nut shell. Made me feel less real than other people but I’ve always struggled with feeling less than human

It depends on how you look at it, sometimes silence is best for your own peace sake. Nothing you say can ever be received by a narcissist, they only hear what they wanna hear. Usually their own thoughts, you can say the sky is blue, they will tell you the sky is pink and you're crazy, so for peace....be quiet.

Very true. The only exception that I can think of is when dealing with a narcissists, who by definition don't deserve for you to waste your attention on them.

The best thing you can give someone is your time and attention. If they don't respect or appreciate that then they get the gift of missing you
