The thought-feeling-behaviour loop is the bit people underestimate. Most people think their feelings just happen to them, but CBT makes you realise you've been running mental scripts for years without noticing. The moment you can name the thought distortion, the loop starts to break. Brilliant explainer.
See the thought don't become it. See the feeling don't be it. Watch them without trying to understand, change, or fix. This alone changes everything. It takes enough awareness to know that thoughts are not Truth, and feelings are the substance of thoughts. They should not be taken seriously or as yourself. Remain a witness of them and in due time you will see that your brain will rewire anything that is broken and in disorder, because order is the natural state.

Am always depressed and stressed, mood swings, i see everyone around me succeeding but i can't even get a job. Am too scared to work for anyone. When i think of being paid after a month a paralyzed. Is this normal. I can work if i have a job but when i don't have am too scared to go out and look for one. The feeling is so paralyzing.

I need to find an adult specialist for Asperger’s syndrome but while I figure that out, I need to do my own self directed cognitive behavioral therapy. Can someone give me more guidance?
I think B vitamin deficiency and also black mold can cause this stuff. 😮 Low thiamin/B1 can mimic Tourettes and MS. Addressing these could help a person to cope with the many real stresses that are part of life. No such thing as a bump-free life!

Had a stroke September 26th it is ruin my life I lost my relationship with my fiance I lost my nursing career they say I can never work as a nurse again that was heartbreaking when I heard that for the first time I've been a nurse for 30 years no physical effects from the stroke my speech is somewhat stuttery at times ,my memory sucks and I've told that my personality change my fiance said that my personality changed and that was mean to him and I have any emotional content for him anymore I love him still I love him so much he says he don't feel no love for me anymore so you see the strokes has ruined my life
