What a very lucky find, to have found myself landed onto your YouTube page; cant help but feel that I've found a gold-mine of information in this one video alone! 😄
The only thing is that most of us are operating on programming stemming from our early childhood. Whatever environment, and circumstances we experienced from birth till the age of 6 is considered to be the blueprint of what our patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviors will be as adults. Now that’s something quite scary given many of us have been through so many horrific things by that age, and if that’s not enough majority of people have piles upon piles, mountains high of adolescent and adulthood trauma on top of early childhood trauma and abuse.., that type of trauma that not only has disrupted your entire life ., it has completely disregulated your entire being. Your nervous system that is the most vital part of your functioning the BRAIN has been chemically altered to a point where you are constantly on fight or flight mode, constantly on alert, when one thing ends another thing comes your way. And by the time you are in your 30s and look back you realize that your entire life till that point has been you doing your best to get out of that roller coaster that is emotionally draining your life energy. It is not as simple to just change your thinking. It is a ongoing process that takes tremendous responsibility and will power. Making choices from trauma saturated brain that has altered chemistry is very similar to driving drunk or under the influence of substances. And for millions of people who are trying to cope and survive with severe childhood trauma making life choices from that traumatic brain and altered chemistry always leads to suffering. It’s taken me nearly 40 years of my life to grasp this. Working on my degree in mental health and also working with a therapist to be able to sort through the mountains of things that have occurred in my life.
This video is secretly the answer to how to live a modern enlightened life.
Exactly
Thank you perfect timing just as the wife started yelling this video popped up on my screen now shes laying down listening got 20 minutes of peace🤞🙏
The choice of where we put our attention is the ultimate one true power we own and is the number one thing that affects our thoughts, opinions, beliefs, attitudes and moods, perceptions and therefore is the number one thing with influential control over our actions. The most influence over where we put our attention has the most control and power over us. If everyone's actions are influenced by beliefs, opinions, emotions, feelings and perceptions of everything in life, which all stems from where we chose to gave our attention and or what we were forced to give our attention to...what would happen if we quit giving our attention to all of the obvious manipulative attention getting tatics? What if we turned away from all the intentional brain entraining data collecting interference that is robbing us of our time and energy and hijacking our entire life experience? It's so pervasive it even has the minds of masses afraid of NOT giving their attention over to it, they know no other way. As planned. Until we quit feeding it with ourselves, we can expect a reality no less than what we've given our attention and thought over to.
This video "should" have a million views and likes by now. Too many of us not paying attention to our own behavior. I type this as I know me typing this is a behavior pattern and or attempt to be seen, liked, and or commented on. Love you humans, even if you don't love me.

This will become a part of my study to heal my Dam self I'm glad I found this
Great video, well informed.
Root cause is the only difference that matters in the end, (of each day). The idea is to not get out of control and the case goes cold.
I feel like I fall in the middle of all the concepts the video explains. Not fully introvert not fully extrovert. Not always fighting sometimes fleeing. Not always fast paced, not always slow paced. Where do I go from here?
Corrective thinking?
This is a little off topic, but given the subject about behavior patterns and psychological facts, I wanted to get your opinion on something, guys. I know a guy from work; let's call him Scott. He's a college man l find immature, kind of obnoxious, and sometimes tactless. I think he just like to kid around, but it's not always so obvious to me. For example, he once mentioned a coworker's sagging belly, face-to-face. I don't _think_ said coworker resented that, but in general, you _have_ to be careful with weight jokes. He was the same coworker Scott snuck up behind and poked in the waists. I don't think the worker minds him, but I would personally. He dissed my hair a couple of times, though I will admit the 1st time his girlfriend said he was just having fun with me. Still, I guess I officially decided he's nothing more than a jack, who pretty much has no feelings; the more you clown around, the harder you can be taken seriously. That's why I told him to "put a sock in your mean your mouth." See, I was about to tell a coworker something when Scott interrupted me, I think with some clownish comment or joke. I can't remember. It wasn't a _casual or natural_ interruption; otherwise I wouldn't have faulted him. I guess I was annoyed with the _way_ he interrupted me, and because I'd already decided he's the unlikeable type. I would've thought he wouldn't care about my sass--given the natural point of view that immature guys don't have fragile feelings--but he said something about how I should be careful how I speak to people. Maybe _certain_ people? He's _ironically_ a student leader. I can't remember his response so well, but either way, he vaguely showed he didn't care for my words. I wasn't 100% sure though, because his type don't make it obvious whether they're being serious or not. In the end, I said, "Hey, I'm sorry for saying [said quote]." From what I remember, he replied, "You're good man [which made me feel good]. You just need to learn how to speak to people" [which _immediately_ made me feel bad and _swiftly_ ended my one-second good feeling]. That's why I guiltily added "I apologize," and he either replied, "You're good, man" or "it's cool, man," _with_ "I appreciate it." But the thing is, I myself _don't_ appreciate his adding the "learn how to speak to people" thing, because that's like saying "I forgive you for being an thoughtless jerk." You shouldn't add a negative truth to an apology acceptance, because otherwise, it defeats the purpose of showing you forgive them (and ends my proud feeling of having done and said the right thing). Plus, I think his remark was hypocritical; yes, I have a problem with filter, but duh, he does too. I think it's better I just don't talk to him at all. No interaction, no conflict, no jokes, no nothing. I still don't like him,
Took phycology 101 and this is pretty intersting. In the coming years men have viewed woman as the inferior vs them being superior needing constant validation.which I believe will hold a person back.and is unhealthy.i liked this video.
Oh me oh my, I'm outside walking healing from an extensive back surgery. Listening to this, during this last 30 seconds TWO YELLOW CARDINALS fly into the tree right in front of me as I'm looking into the beauty of nature, just wow right now! I had no idea they even existed, I just googled them....I am absolutely floored right now....indeed this is such a beautiful beautiful sign. ✌️💜🌈
I like so much of those videos. Thank you!
