Take a walk with me through Da Lat, Vietnam, for a different kind of expat day-in-the-life vlog. We’re doing the usual things—going around town, hitting up restaurants, and shopping—but beneath the surface of this scenic mountain town, something feels entirely vacant. While sitting at a cafe, observing an incredibly unconscious expat couple next to me, it hit me just how much the world feels like it's populated by NPCs running on basic loops. It brings up a deeper, darker question about this slow-paced lifestyle: Is life in paradise actually boring, or am I just a boring person when left entirely to my own devices with nothing to do? This is a raw confession about the reality of moving abroad, the illusion of constant stimulation, and facing the void when the distractions fade away. I look forward to your vids every day Tom. All the best mate 👍
The best thing I like about the video are the way you sound so jaded at life and bash other people. It’s refreshing to hear someone do travel blogs and be honest about how they feel instead of just painting a rosy picture or living in the clouds. Many of us can relate to what you say that so many others are afraid to. Cheers
I couldn't do what you do, Tom. That's why i appreciate what you do, do. Living your life Flitting abart, not knowing where i'd be the next day. That would fk me right off. Even the noise follows you. lol. I am an old Kent, mate, an original boomer-baby. But trust me, i'm more aware than my generation will ever be. They are stuck in that era. I'm not stuck anywhere, Tom. I see the b*llocks of this realm right before my eyes, but most ppl are blind.

"Alark dazinger... etonzon!" Come on now, that was crystal clear!! Lovely lady <3
Do you think soap is poison? And what do you think the poisins people use will do to them? Coz people arent dropping dead , r u gonna live longer or something?
Why are you not just using your phone's language reader for the menus?
You seem nice and chilled after your hotel break Tom. What a lovely friendly lady, I think she was trying to say Etonson who I believe is Elton John's brother 😂
Gay little wooden house😂
Imagine being them and having you walk around the corner mumbling into a camera about some shit about them. Be quiet and get out of your own way dude….Jesus! Thanks for posting 😁

No bonus clip eating that "thing". Maybe he was feeling too sick..
Elton John Sacrifice... c'mon dude.. you are English 😂😂
I have a simple and fundamental and existential question for you; If life is so miserable, intolerable, boring and pointless for you, then why do you care/worry about microplasicts, handgel, smoking too much green?
Hey Tom at 6:30 you said the next table is using hand posion whst was they using? Cos I use antibacterial hand gel that I don't need water I hope you was not talking about that as its my fav.
Take up an art or craft, you’ll never get bored again. I’ve played classical guitar for over 50 years so am speaking from experience. However we’re all so different and I can understand not being interested in a specific art or craft. I love the indica strains best too.
