I solo cruise often, but NEVER completely by myself since the ship is full of passengers every time I cruise.

Yes! It took a minute not having others shaping my agenda but it was really nice after a day. Reminded me of dorm days when you didn’t have to eat or sleep at any particular time. 😄

I recently retired and my wife is still not retired yet. I have done 2 solo cruises while my wife was still working. I loved it. Nice to be on your own schedule. NCL and MSC both did not charge me double occupancy. Got some really good deals over the winter.

Take solo all the time. MX DR CA. 😅 never a cruise but will July 2026 to keys and Bahamas. Then Paris!
