Dave's got him a Chrysler, it's as big as a whale, and it's about to set sail
15:50 This is the fuselage of a 1941 Boeing B-17E Flying Fortress, a rare World War II heavy bomber. The aircraft is currently undergoing restoration, with this section appearing to be about 80% complete while attached to a storage jig for transport. It was previously owned by the University of Minnesota for instructional purposes before being sold for restoration. The fuselage is valued at approximately $9 million USD
I had a convertible for 17 years, only the dog loved to go for rides in it. The wife and granddaughter complained about their hair, the son said two guys in a convertible wasn't cool (Jeremy Clarkson said the same thing on Top Gear). Their loss, the dog knew what was fun, lord knows I miss him.
Hey Dave. Dave here. That was fun. Cool convertible!
Mr. Drysdale's car from The Beverly Hillbillies. 🙂
This is 1,000% content I always wanted from you past TV show days, but now I have junk of my own and am glad I can appreciate it more.
$1600 what a steal!
And just like that, every B2200 doubled in price. I still love what you guys do.
Nothing like taking a trip back in time with old trucks. Reminiscing what things use to be back in the day.
The montage of stickers coming off was like 30 seconds of therapy
It’s the beginning of YouTube weekend - the latest D/F video, The Dirthead Shed, Dirt Daily with Fred, and the latest teardown and carnage from Eric at I Do Cars.
My parents had a green 68 hardtop with a 383. First car I ever drove... by accident. I was about 5yo, standing on the front seat playing race driver in our driveway while the car was parked.. bumped the gear lever into neutral, and rolled across the street into our neighbors front yard. Great memory..one of my first car memories.
Old school vibes in this one
That is a cool Chrysler! Looks like it’s straight out of the tv show Hazel.
"just pour in a can of valve seals - VGG" :)
Chrysler was on point back then , thank you for keeping the dream alive
I love the history tidbits as Dave is going through these amazing towns , the best up old vehicles, buildings add so much charm it makes me think of what it must of been like living there. I would love to see Dave take an another road trip in the car and share some stories and beautiful scenery. Cheers 🇨🇦
Love the Chrysler. I like when you do this kind of roadtrip
