Sir am confused,how can 30 go into both 60 and 3000. Coz when 30 enters into 60 it will only enter once so can you kindly make me understand

Sir but why have you used 30 into 3000, instead 60 into 3000... cuz when I added 60 into 3000 it gave me a 50 exactly... please sir explain it to me.. I'm totally Lost....
