Seems like an entire semester of cosmology has been packed into this one video, and made so well that the entire video is captivating.
I always find it amazing how the guy who first calculated black holes has the last name Schwarzschild, which literally translates to "black shield." A fitting name
I didn’t expect to learn, yet here I am—smarter and stunned.
This video deserves a global holiday in its honor.
מדהים. יפהפה ממש. ברמה הכי גבוהה שניתן לשומעים שאינם מן המקצוע המדעי ממש. ומסופר בשפה איכותית מאין כמותה ❤❤❤
This explanation was so smooth it needs a theme song.
This was breathtaking. There is something so hauntingly beautiful about the image of Batuta returning to a "tattered lump of iron" that used to be our home. 🥀 As a channel dedicated to cataloging the Goldilocks Rejects—those worlds that look like paradise but hide lethal secrets—this really hit home. It reminds us that while we search for "Earth 2.0" among the stars, our own Earth is a once-in-a-billion-year miracle that won't last forever. The segment about the Voyager golden records being a memory of a world that is no more was particularly moving. 🛰✨ Thank you for reminding us that space exploration isn't just about physics; it's about the legacy of a species that refused to stay in its cradle. Incredible work as always! 🌌
This channel is easily one of the best cosmology and astrophysics channels out there. A true gift to the world, as well as David Kelly’s History of Humankind and Voices of the Past, and History of the Earth with his brother David Kelly. A shining beacon of human made content with heart and passion to stand against the AI slop.
I learned more in ten minutes than I did all week. Talent.
I never leave comments for this kind of video on YouTube, especially since most of them are AI-generated and narrated nonsense, or someone trying to speak in a deeply orgasmic voice to make one fall asleep lol. This video is entirely different. This particular one is the most breathtakingly beautiful video that made me glued to the tv for more than three hours, not to mention about five other videos from the same channel I watched back-to-back since morning. It’s an astonishing achievement to create something so special, almost like a miracle or a dream yet based on actual science, that is still hard yet so clear to comprehend. A few of your videos made me cry towards the end, and made me realise how grateful I am to be alive. For this, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I’m genuinely mind-blown by the clarity of this!
08:04 The fact that a human-made object touched down on a world in the outer solar system is an incredible testament to our curiosity and ingenuity. What a triumph for science!"
This story of battuta is so freaking good. I keep falling asleep but I come back to watch again and again. This channel is the best space channel IMO
0:41 guys what happened while i was gone i looked away for 2 seconds 😭
I love how there is a community of people that watch space and physics videos. I don’t personally know anyone else that does.
This is probably your channel and all of YouTube’s Magnum Opus. What an incredible piece of art.
I appreciate that the voiceover on these videos isn't AI generated - there's lots of similar channels that I can't listen to because the voice is too obviously AI and leave me feeling cold.
A few weeks ago, I was chatting with a friend about how manifesting never seemed to work for me. I’d tried so many methods but still felt stuck. We heard about a book called Manifest and Receive by Eva Hartley on a podcast, and I was hesitant at first. But after reading just a few chapters, I realized how much I was missing. Eva's approach is so different from anything I’ve ever tried. It’s not just about thinking positive, it’s about aligning with real-world actions that bring your desires into reality. Now, I’ve manifested opportunities I never imagined possible, and my mindset has shifted completely. If you’re frustrated like I was, don’t hesitate. Read this book. It will change everything ❤
The incredible truth of this video is that your fictitious spacecraft probe is out there discovering things that we already know about, and we have certain theories about what they are and why they exist. yet in reality, it would be finding things that are beyond our comprehension and beyond our instrumental reach and finding answers to questions we don’t even know to ask yet. What a fantastic basis upon which to build a video and thank you for spending all the time together. I’m cycling through a forest and listening to this video as a ride and juxtaposing seeing the nature around me and understanding where they constituent atomic structures and chemicals and elements came astrologically gave my cycling ride an extra bit of inspection.
Glad he added time stamps I sleep and forget where I've reached and the video just plays
