For those who are wondering, the specific black hole he is referring to is TON 618. And technically not a black hole. It’s what’s a called a Quasar. A Quasar is a supermassive Black Hole that is constantly eating and expanding 24/7/365. When the food it eats can’t go anywhere else, it crushes itself in particles that combine and shoot out, making a jet of light. It’s currently the 2nd biggest black hole in the universe, first being Phoenix A, and one of the only Quasars you can see from earth. Hope this helped!
