law is misused??? wow ... max cases now a days are false be it rape case or any matrimonial case and the worst thing is woman very rarely gets punished in false cases and from there other woman gets the encouragement to file flase cases because there are no consequences of filing false cases.
I don't agree that people don't belive woman. Question is of situation. What is the situation. If it has logical fact people are first to belive woman than man. As everybody knows in country like India most woman's are the one who would want to keep good relation with men. But then when some relation go astray some woman try to impose false allegation against men. 😊
