Class action lawsuit by the families of all the known victims should be launched against Burke and cronies. Make them really pay. For starters, clawback all the salaries they received. Why should they be paid for not doing their jobs? Burke, Tom Spoda, McPartland are monsters of different types to Heuerman, who also walked around in plain sight, as Heuerman did.
