(OR your personal office/work area?) it makes so much sense that it remains yours because it flows so nicely with the private balcony, closet and bathroom that you super deserve the sunroom is gorgeous and it can be your like VIP hanging out section for intimate gatherings or select friends only 😅

Honestly, your last house was creme de la creme. It was literally iconic. The kitchen is okay, still cute but I know you loved the galley kitchen you had in your first nyc apartment. The heartbeat of a house is usually the kitchen but yours will be the living room. Amazing original floors. I will say this house does have more charm and character, nyc style. Enjoy being back directly in the city. We may have our opinions but YOU are the one paying the rent monthly. Do what you gotta do Mai.

I've been watching you since I was roughly 14, I would clean my depression room watching your 3am bedroom cleaning videos and my mom would always say "omg thank that girl, u never normally clean". now 19, I got a minute into the video and started to tear up for you. You've truly made so much progress within yourself throughout the years and you've accomplished so much. i think your last apartment was beautiful especially the bathrooms and the outside balcony where sterling would go out and where your mom had a mini garden patch but this house is soo pretty too BUT i have to say the best view you've had was ur first new york apartment overlooking the bridge and water that view was STUNNING
