I Decided to Take an HIV Test… Here’s Why 🤍

Hi loves, 🤍 Come spend a couple of days with me as I balance motherhood, work, self-care and everything in between. In this vlog, I take you along to the hospice where I work as a death doula, share a little about palliative care, enjoy a solo sushi date, reset at home, and make the decision to take an HIV test. I wanted to include this because I truly believe that knowing your status is an act of self-care, responsibility and love—for yourself and for the people around you.
