having my phone being able to do games is pretty huge. i already got a steam deck so i use that primarily but im not bringing that to a doctor's office waiting room or retail job or skiing lodge or a lot of places really. i will bring my phone tho
16:45 oh man Bob before you break either the phone port or the type-c head, the way to put on these things is you wedge the phone on the non-port side first and then pull apart the controller and then slide the phone into the port. Not port first, because you will 100% bend the type-c head that way.

Can you run them for hours on a single game? In my experience they fall apart after 55 minutes to an hour.

Man I would love one but I’d need my Steam library. I bought an expensive controller add on for my iPhone pro something but options were limited and almost all free to play trash.

For my money the Ivanky RGB dock is the best for switching between your phone, Odin 3, Legion Go. It works great.
What I think? We're getting there. Eventually the phone will be able to play the newest games on the device itself. Very interesting to see the how this is going. Keep doing what you do!

I got a Red Magic 10 Pro despite not really gaming much on my phone because, when it released, it was the cheapest Snapdragon 8 Elite phone there was (at least in Portugal). Combine that with the really nice screen with no hole (i dont use the front camera so idc about its quality) and the fact it has a headphone jack and i feel like i got the best phone that i could get, even not being a gamer. Plus. the shoulder buttons can be used as a shutter button for the camera which was really handy for taking pictures. Btw regarding the crappy processing on the camera, i just got a random GCam apk and it improved the photo quality a lot, so that's an option

I wanted to get this as both an emulation machine and my personal phone but there was two things holding me back: it is an unauthenticated phone brand meaning it has problems with several phone carrier services least in the US and that it has a shorter android support lifespan versus Samsung phones.
I really want this but it doesn't have n71 so not great for service in the US
With Gyro controlls gaming ona phone is a lot of fun. Especially racing games.
