It should be mandatory for driver to remain in the car even if it parks by itself. Its safety as seeing empty car you dont assume it will start moving by itself which will eventually lead to dangerous situations. Especially since EVΒ΄s are quiet so you dont hear engine running. Or have the car clearly visually indicate that it will start moving. Also blow-up autopilot ile in the Airplane! movie or Man In Black II would help actually.

She parked still badly because not parked at all. Also no signs that the car would move by itself. So for the driver behind there was no indication. So basically as the car suddenly started to move another driver was already in that parking spot. I wonder who is at fault if there is a crash, and you tell the police that you were not in the car as the car is doing everything itself.. But as a driver.. it is your responsibility to be aware of the actions of your car.

Yeah right... That is not self parking 1000000%. Even with shitty Chinese software, car self parking would be screening in warnings on all parking sensors and cameras, and would stop and put all fours, and would not even try to park with other car there...
