1 POTATO! They're so delicious that I make them for dinner every weekend. No oven Ingredients and recipe: 1 potato (200g) Dice the potato Place in a pot Water Cook for 15 minutes on medium-high heat Drain the water Mash the potatoes 1 onion Slice the onion 50g carrot Shred the carrot Medium heat Olive oil Cook for 2 minutes Add the carrot Cook for 3-5 minutes Add to the mashed potato Mix well 1 egg 2tbsp flour 30g parmesan cheese 10g parsley Salt Black pepper Paprika Mix well A bit of oil Scoop some potato and shape it into a ball Coat in bread crumbs Medium heat Vegetable oil Place the patties in the pan Fry for 3-5 minutes 300g cucumber Thinly slice the cucumber 1tsp salt Let sit for at least 10 minutes Flip over and fry for another 3 minutes Done! 2tbsp sour cream and 1tbsp mayonnaise 8g dill and 2 cloves of garlic Mix well After 10 minutes Squeeze out the exceed liquid 1tbsp soy sauce 1/2tsp rice vinegar 1/2tsp white sugar 1/2tsp sesame oil A pinch of salt Mix well Dice some ginger 1tsp ginger 1tbsp white sesame seeds Roast for 3-5 minutes on low heat Add to the cucumbers Mix well So crispy and delicious!
