I remove the yolk and cook the white separately at medium/low heat for a bit and add the yolk back to the center right before the white is completely cooked. Remove from heat, cover for 30 to 45 seconds and the yolk will be runny and stuck to the white.

Wrong put it on 3 close the pan add salt to the yolk to taste and let is slowly cook till you see the yolk start creating white lines and remove the whites will be hard but not crispy
