The councillors should ask the next question that how to acquire all above mentioned targets for aims whatever you have mentioned. It is going to be 75 years since we got freedom so why we are failed to achieve such a target. Who is directly responsible for that.

Women achieve true independence when they start sharing or taking full financial responsibility within the family.
