I don't know how you didn't break the egg when you were mixing the first time. That's some real chopstick skills. ;) We have ramen shops here, but the good ones cost about $20 USD for a basic tonkotsu bowl. So, not really something you eat all the time.
We have it at the Japanese market here and I love it! It's cold usually so I don't bother with heating it up anyway

I tried Abura soba from my aunt’s husband and it is very delicious! Too bad I was eating dessert so I couldn’t get a bowl myself haha… but there’s abura soba just near the station so I can go get some for myself sometime!
Your video was, it was, it was... SO GOOD ! 😂 Did you enjoy your first time at Aruba Soba? , the noodles looked delicious I had soba noodles the last time I went to the Japanese restaurant 😊 The ramen scene here is pretty basic, mostly it's just those microwave ramen/ soup bowls of various brands and styles, and the packets of ramen they come in packs of 12 and ramen is really cheap, something quick and easy to eat anytime or if one is on a tight budget. There are a few ramen shops around my area but they're kinda out of the way for me, but I'll definitely get some authentic Japanese ramen next time I'm in the area Take care, we'll get together again for lunch 😊
