The hot spicy wagu curry would have been toned beautifully with plain white rice. I understand you had that lovely fried rice. But if you only had the curry dish, add white rice to absorb all that lovely sauce.👍

I found it so hilarious that the dish was called “Happy Ending” and the dumplings that looked like balls were blue. The color blue was definitely done on purpose. Well done.
