Still thinking about every single dish I had at Ionie 🤤 The purple corn tostadas had the perfect mix of creamy “refried” beans, avocado, pico de gallo, taco cheeze, and sour cream with so much fresh flavor in every bite. The mac n’ cheeze was super creamy and comforting without feeling overly heavy. The kelp noodles with the macadamia nut cheese sauce and sun dried tomato pesto worked so well together. And the banana blueberry pancakes…literally tasted like comfort food while still feeling nourishing. Warm buckwheat pecan pancakes topped with fresh fruit compote, sweet cashew cream, and maple syrup. If you’re in Florida do yourself a favor and go try every single dish @ionieorganiccafe 🫶🏼✨
