Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids 00:00 Fajita Chicken Mac n Cheese 00:13 Prepare Fajita Seasoning 00:33 Prepare Mac n Cheese 02:31 Aray waah Serves 3-4 Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Fajita Seasoning: -Onion powder 1 & ½ tsp -Paprika powder 2 tsp -Dried oregano ½ tbs -Sugar ½ tsp -Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp Prepare Mac & Cheese: -Water 1 & ½ Cup -Olper’s Milk powder ½ Cup -Olper’s Cream ½ Cup (100ml) room temperature -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Boneless chicken cubes 400g -Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Yellow bell pepper cubes 1 medium -Red bell pepper cubes 1 medium -Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium -Elbow macaroni 250g (boiled with salt) -Olper’s Cheddar cheese grated 100g -Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated 100g -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions: Prepare Fajita Seasoning: -In a bowl,add onion powder,paprika powder,dried oregano,sugar,garlic powder,black pepper powder, pink salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder & mix well.Fajita seasoning is ready. Prepare Mac & Cheese: -In a small jug,add water,milk powder,cream,whisk well & set aside. -In a wok,add cooking oil,chicken & mix well until it changes color. -Add half quantity of prepared fajita seasoning,lemon juice,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes & set aside. -In the same wok,add cooking oil,yellow bell pepper,red bell pepper,onion,capsicum,remaining fajita seasoning & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. -Add prepared milk & cream mixture,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes. -Add boiled pasta,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,mix well & cook until cheese melts. -Add cooked chicken,fresh coriander & give it a good mix. -Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!
