14:42 I cooked at a Longhorn in college. The kitchen manager would fresh cut all the days meat each morning. The seasoning is their “Prairie Dust” which is pretty much seasoning salt. It’s quality, that was why I was so surprised by Outback, as I heard they have a similar process.

Nothing makes me happier when you have a layover in the airport than finding a Longhorn's. You leave a loud bright overstimulating environment and see dark wood, low light, and a little country / light rock music. The burger and service are good every time I've been to one. I'd pay the money just to feel like I'm not at the airport for the 30 minutes I'm in there.
Knew Longhorn was gonna win, I feel it's an underrated chain. Their burgers are really good.

I try really hard to sell my friends on Bufallo Wild Wings Burgers, and they assume that because its a wing joint, they dont do good burgers. But the difference relies entirely on the fact that none of Buffs food comes frozen, it might be chilled, but never completely brick frozen. The meat is actually quality ground beef portions. Thats really what sets it apart from everyone else.
