Heres a thought... instead of giving just the number of positive cases each day why not give us the number of tests given?? We are testing more. If you have 100 positive tests and you are giving 10,000 tests per day it is a very different picture if you get the same 100 positive test but administered 50,000 tests. That's what stinks in this whole thing. If charlie is any sort of governor, he knows this. Giving information per capita would be transparent. It would be understandable. Most importantly it would be a metric based in science and math. If you dig you can find it, but that's the problem. It should be front and center in these press conferences and it should guide our reopening strategy. With that said, it's not the lockdown that is the problem. If the numbers were presented clearly and indicated a lockdown was in order... fine. But that's not the case. The metrics say we can mitigate by protecting the vulnerable. The rise in cases in recent days is due to increased testing. That's a victory! Why not cover it? The only reason not to is to exert maximum control over the population. This is not fair. Being given incomplete data we are being forced to close our businesses. Slowly go broke. This is why charlie cant be trusted. If the math indicated his actions were prudent, we would have nothing but numbers at these news conferences. But we dont. Something stinks. Charlie, its you.

We **really** like Andrew Cuomo's PowerPoint presentations....very clear! Can you deliver a presentation more like this format?
