A simple tool to engage the members. It allows them to think of the harsh reality and attach an emotion with that thought. When you attach an emotion to a thought, the memory lasts a lot longer and has a greater potential for impact. When it is all said and done, do not forget to leave them without; affirming their thoughts and a feeling of importance.
