Tragic. Folks like this lady are the ones that really need help. She works, she respects her body and mind, she’s not a menace to society; she just needs a little bit of assistance to get herself a place. Any resources spend on these type of people is well spent and results in the most positive social impact. May she finds the assistance that she desperately needs.

I'm permanently disabled. I had to leave the country 9 years ago to survive. I was born in California. There's no rental assistance or anyway for me to survive independently in my own country. Not only this but there's very few countries left that are safe and affordable. I live near the Russian border. One of the few places left in this world I can afford on disability.

The crazy part is if you move out of your car or your hotel room too quickly, the rent cycle will chew you up so badly that you’ll just end up right back in your car or the Motel 6 for even longer. If it happens via eviction you may be there forever.
