I train alone because it keeps me focused and I'm my own rhythm. I don't like having to wait, don't like changing the weights every time, don't like taking in rests when I'm focusing on the next set of rest of the workout. I don't want to take out my music to hear you talk My workouts increases so much in quality when I finally made my home gym

I really hated it when people would come up to me and try to socialize at the gym. It got to the point where I changed the times I went just to avoid them and focus on my workouts. I'm very glad to have a home gym now and don't have to deal with that anymore.

I Train alone. Had 2 separate partners at 2 separate times and I prefer to work alone. I can't workout on their plan and time. I hated it.

I love working out alone. The only person I train with on a regular basis is my wife because I’m coaching her. I trained alone for years before though.

I train alone because I do it before going to work. I'm on a schedule that I can't easily align with someone else's. And the time between sets is kept between 45-90 seconds as opposed to waiting for 1 or 2 partners who might be using different weight that has to be changed.

I train alone. I always state that I take on hobbies that do not require others because people are fickle. Working out started out as a hobby, but over time it became part of my why, wanting to be strong and capable in case I need to carry/drag students from my bus in an emergency.

Started working out when I was 22. I'm 72 and still work out alone. Fast, efficient, in and out in 45 minutes. No one distracts me, no one slows me down. If equipment I wanted to use isn't available, I adapt. No BS, no wasted time and certainly no fear. NOT ONE person I ever met that needed a gym 'partner' is still working out. Not one. We are a different breed.

I do, as I have no gym buddy. Now, it is what I enjoy doing, solo.

I despise going to the gym, and music is the only way ive ever found "joy" or "fun" in it. Its not anti-social its pushing through.

I train alone, in a home gym. Occasionally I invite friends in to work with me. That usually results in me spending the whole time helping fix their movement or rehabbing them or doing exercises for their needs. When I need rehab, training or coaching, I pay for it directly for one on one time with a trainer or other professional.

I used to train in a group. Been training alone for the last 30 years. I do my thing in the morning; I talk with a few people, relax, and then leave for work.
