Confession
This happened months ago I’m 15, and so is she. We take the same bus to school since we live nearby, and I’ve liked her for a while. Her signals are mixed sometimes she’ll hug me or be flirty, but other times she’ll say we’re just friends, which leaves me confused.

On one of those bus rides, I slowly reached over and placed my hand on her thigh. She seemed surprised, let out a nervous laugh, and said, “What are you doing?” I immediately apologized and told her I thought it would be okay.

I asked if it was alright to do it again, and she said yes. I checked multiple times, even the next day, and each time she said she was fine with it. But even now, I can’t shake the feeling that maybe she wasn’t truly okay with what happened.
