It's okay to rest when you're carrying more than usual. It takes time to rebuild after things fall apart. I tried explaining it to someone and it sounded trivial. I've been reading about how to deal with depression and found some helpful tips. If anyone has suggestions or personal tips, I'd really appreciate them.
