One more pass and you'd be surfacing the valves. Now that you have removed 3/16 from the head and have 14:1 compression your going to need 110 octane racing fuel.

I'm not a machinist, but this is fascinating to watch. I wonder though if leaving the valves in place would allow metal shavings to accumulate and hide where they could do some damage after re-assembly.
