This is nonsense. My cousin goes out in the forest all the time. He practically lives there, and he's never seen anything strange or unnerving. Even the people he ate didn't see anything.
I was solo camping in florida and heard footsteps coming directly towards my campsite in the middle of the night. My heart was pounding so hard that it almost drowned out any other sound. I sat in absolute frozen horror for what seemed like forever, staring into the darkness as the footsteps came closer and closer. When a family of armadillos came out of bushes i almost fainted from relief. 😅
