this video just lowered my interest of caving from 0,01% to 0%
Watching these while safe, snug, and warm under a blanket is actually soothing.
cave divers with a loving wife and 2 kids when there's a cave called "the devil's left buttcheek hair" with a 947% mortality rate
These caving stories are like those bad dreams where you wake up in a panic ridden cold sweat but then realise it was all a nightmare and you're safe. Sadly for many people in the videos, they don't reach the "waking up" bit....
So many of these stories start with such hubris. Bringing little or no equipment and then forcing others to risk their own lives to save yours.
Can you imagine the feeling of sheer panic as you realize you're stuck in a small crevice underground. I think I'd absolutely lose it. Once my brother sat on top of a laundry basket I was in and that made me feel scared and panicky I can't imagine being trapped like that in a cave underground...
Having to be rescued and then going back in to where you were stuck is extra ignorant
This is the stupidest activity
Cave divers exploring a cave called “there has been no survivors DO NOT ENTER”
This reminds me of that one meme where its like: "Cave divers with a loving wife, 4 children, no debt, stable income whenever they see a cave called "The Devils Ass Crack" with a hole the size of an ants right ass cheek and 0% chance of survival with 10379 recorded deaths"
I just don’t understand WHY people do this 😩
the absolute joy I feel every morning when I wake up, as I remind myself that I never have to do caving, diving or cave diving 😊
“They left their phones behind” ARE THEY FR?!?! 🤦🏽♀️
Cave divers with loving families and a stable life will see a cave thats called "death pit" or "Devil's throat" and think to themselves "hey lets go in this cave :D"
Best thing about cave diving is that you never have to do it
Bare foot in a cave no phone, wearing ya summer best, with zero concept of navigation oh & no water! Imbeciles. I think every last person should be made to make a sizable donation to the volunteers who rescue them. These folks rely on donations & are risking their life for said people's idiocy.
As if caving per se wasn’t stupid enough, why not go caving under water ?!? 🤦♂️🙆♂️😏
33:57 “This story takes place at the nutty putty cave” Me: 😨😫 “But it’s not about Jon Jones” Me: oh🤨
I truly think claustrophobia exists to avoid dangers like this smh
Every video I watch of these caving videos makes me never want to go caving
