It's nice to see Arteta reinventing the team, solved a lot of issues with last season. Also Madueke is a beast. He's the only one in the team who searches for Gyokeres everytime he runs with the ball, possibily the player who adapted to him the best so far. They are a great duo, and Noni already brought so much to the team in such little time. A propper baller

As a Liverpool fan here now arteta has improved a lot from adapting in games this season they are so good in second half except Liverpool and Manchester United that arteta was not adapting but now he has improved a lot of adapting in middle of the game which makes them very good
the counter attack from open play, actually we have seen it in artetas early days at arsenal, except it used to start from back pass to keeper and lots of movement and was chaotic. Now, it is more calm and controlled with less movement (more efficient). It seems like even if we lose the ball, there is enough defensive cover.
Arteta is manager that isn't scared to learn and adapt. He has taken a bit from everyone. Inverted full backs and center backs as full backs from pep, studs on the ball and bait the press from de zerbi, artificial transitions and positional rotations from Enrique, aggressive counter press and direct passes over the top evading the press like Klopp.

1:20 is absolute nonsense. Thomas Partey was probably the most press-resistant DM in the premier league, he had that pausa pressing teams hated. He did not lack vision or passing ability - it was the tactics of the team, slower in transition and no runners ahead of him except Bukayo. Havertz was static, ball holder. Odegaard wants ball to feet (as he was congested in the zones he occupies and dropped back to lure his markers and create more space for Saka and Timber!) and Rice was always near by for an easy pass. Thats why Arteta spent the whole summer negotiating a new contract with him despite Zubimendi coming in as a done deal.
