Bastoni running down the right wing and cutting in is definitely something I wouldn't have expected to see
That is actually a genius solution. But only works if the opponent tried to press. If they dont, Inter dont have much advantage, just like what happened in Milan derby recently
Major difference between the situation at intro and united. Inter have used it for years now while united have just started and haven't been 6 months. Not even a pre season. Absolutely unfair and ridiculous comparison
you forgot to mention that this is only possible if you have technically super strong players across the whole team that are comfortable rotating positions and operating in unorthodox spaces
It’s not just the tactics but the man management to get a player like Chalanoglu, who was a number 10 his whole career, to buy into playing so deep. What a manager
It might sound quite weird for a lot of people here but am I the only one who thinks Inter's main ploy in building up is awkwardly similar to Chris Wilder's Sheffield United back then? Wilder used the same tactic of "overlapping center backs" when building up back then when they were in the PL, and his team was quite a handful to deal with too at first. 😅
Timing is insane 😂 inter just lost 3 games on a trot
Jheeeeze, United fans are so triggered in the comments
gotta buy an Inter jersey before the season ends
Great to see Brest😊.They might be small but if they continue the good work they will be big(very big) in the near future🎉
Newcastle do this with Tonali and Joelinton. I’d noticed it a few games back but I thought it was just bolstering the rest defence but I mow see what they were doing. They use a back four not a three but it’s the same principal.
If you love football... then you SHOULD love how Inter play!
Ranieri told them to hold that L
This aged like milk
Aged like milk
Then how does inter Milan defence always weak against Ac Milan 🤔
A bold video to be posting given how they just lost 3-0 to mid-table AC Milan.
they are bottling
Posting this after Inter lost to AC Milan is crazy
Their defence is solid too. That's why it wouldn't be a surprise to me if they win against barcelona and go on to win the ucl.
