I have been attempting to learn more about the sport as a 37 year old in order to better be able to converse with my Dad on Sundays. We just lost my Mom a week ago, and I am looking at all ways to be able to maximize the quality time I can spend with my Dad. This was very helpful! I think he will be impressed when the Browns do Browns things this coming weekend.

I went straight from this video to the Pitt/Jets game; first play I see I watch the trench battle, the Jets O-line holds, I say “more likely to be a big play”; it’s a TD. What a feeling! The script makes so much sense, plenty of teams start hot out the gate then never score a TD again until late garbage time. They've been practicing those plays all week . So much nuance in this game

I do wonder why the Madden spider cam view isn't the norm for the football viewing experience. It may be an adjustment for the traditionalists but I think they would get over it pretty quickly.

Maybe one thing I would add is that if you watch the O-Line at the snap, with a very high amount of certainty, if they drop back defending, it's a pass, if they go forward blocking it's a run. Calling this out makes you look smarter quickly ^^
