As a Red Sox fan and a friend of someone who is a fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins...welcome to FSG ownership 🤷♂️
Where is the Champions League money ? Where is the cacaido money?
Where is that 100mil+ we was willing to spend on caicedo gone
This aged like fine wine
No issue with selling Nat and Rhys. Probably more about reducing squad size and chopping dead wood than the amount of money their sales will raise.
We should sell these players anyways they don't even get in the squad
People saying we have no choice to sell to buy to balance the books have absolute no clue about the money and profit liverpool bring in each year. The tv deal money doesn't even get spent. FSG could have gave klopp twice as much money to spend and still turned a profit. As it is Klopp was given £34 million a season to spend on average. This is less money that Mike Ashley spent a year at Newcastle. We are out spent by many smaller clubs and If Slot is not just as good as Klopp but better then we will slide down that table so fast. Then lose TAA, Salah and Possibly VVD and Diaz next season. As is is we lost 18 players last seaon 6 first team and others academy to fund 4 players. This season we've already lost 3 players, Thiago, Adrian and Matip but it doesnt look like we will replace them until we sell. Our squad is getting smaller and i can see us promoting some unready academy players to mask the cracks.
£200 million from the prem each season, ticket sales, merchandise sales… we are a big club, we are sustainable but where is the extra funds we make each season. Lets get rid of this sell to buy nonsense
What’s wrong with selling 2 players that never feature to buy someone who can compete for a starting spot?
No one remembers our previous owners then Hicks and gillett near bankrupted us but we now complain at those who’ve saved us and brought us to years of success Now Edward’s is back we may return to quieter dealings with less reports around them
that's bull the guy just spend 20 million dollars on Nantucket for land to build a next house right beside his house
I would prefer FSG caution approach than Todd boehly randomly throw money at players that have been over hyped just remember where we were befor FSG under Hicks and Gillette
I randomly just got this on my algo today after the summer 2025 transfer window closed, so I want to let past Craig know he should trust the process the money is coming it’s all part of the plan 😂😂
He is buying a new football team rather than invest in a team that’s one of if not the most famous team in the world. John Henry is a joke.
I can look at clips like this and see how far we have come in a short space of time ❤
Not sure that's aged well
Full respect to Nat n Rhys..both players epitomised the fighting spirit of Liv.. when many of our players were injured..
The difference a year can make
I just wonder if FSG are intentionally trying to alienate fans to attract a new high value buyer.
"Reports say." With no sources and no indication of where this info comes from. Liverpool had £100 odd million last season to buy caceido. Have also offloaded a few players and finished in 3rd. Liverpool have plenty of money but are wary of the FFP rules
