Most corrupt league in the world for a reason ππ
You know it's a scummy when the players most fans have never heard of are being sold for 20, 30, even 40+ million
Elliott Anderson transferred for around the amount Cole Palmer did. That, is absurd
Everton gets 1 charge and get deducted 10 points. Man City face 115 charges and donβt even get a slap on the wrist.
Me: Can I have Old Football back pleaseπ’ Chelsea: Ah, hell no
As a West Ham fan, I'm glad to say that my owners are WAY too cheap to ever breach the rules
Kellyman: Itβs a Chelsea thing Kuba Minteh: brilliant player Maatsen: under his value The rest is questionable π
Maatsen is 22 years old, a dutch international, was one of the best lb's in the bundesliga last season andade the UCL final thats hardly an inflated transfer fee
If thereβs a βloopholeβ then it will always be exploited.
Thats explaining the 'english tax'π‘
I can talk about Newcastle because I'm a fan. Yankuba Minteh was loaned out to Feyenoord last season where he rised and we even wanted him to stay but the FFP told something else. We sold him to Brighton for around 30M profit, we originally bought him for 8M. Anderson is a strange deal, but mark my words if he is fit he can deliver anything as a midfielder. 30M is still alot but both Forest and Newcastle needed to sell so in trade Newcastle bought Vlachidomos from Forest for 10M. I think this should be investigated.
Ian Maatsen did do really good at Dourtmound though....
Who ready for the copa america and euros games π₯
Yankuba Minteh's fee is justified since he's a nominee for the golden boy and is seen to have high potential.
Juventus got deservedly punished for that a couple of seasons ago and they were made to look like the devil incarnate while the prem does it constantly and nobody bats an eye? Best league in the world my ass
Newcastle canβt catch a break. They got all this money but canβt use it. Have to sell their best players to not break FFP. And when lesser players like Anderson get sold thereβs a big fuss. Only the βbigβ 6 are protected in the EPL. Itβs disgusting
The new rules changed are rubbish for progression in clubs. Aston Villa, best example. Spending money to get to Champions League position, then having to sell our players to reach these profit rules.
Maatsen was in the UCL team of the year, hardly a dodgy or inflated transfer
To be fair, Minteh had a decent season at Feyenoord on loan. But the rest absolutely make no sense (in terms of the amount of the fees)
Maybe they should've flushed out the rules properly before implementing them. We all know that FFP, PSR, and even 50+1, just keep the rich clubs rich and anyone who may catch up gets shafted
