Thank you, I created my first pull request to an open source project
The problem I've found is that "good first issue" or "contributions welcome" usually need some serious skills already. Something like "Fix the kernel scheduling to use the heap instead of the stack" and "Fix race condition in the hyperwidget threadpool" are sometimes tagged as Beginner. And the project itself has hundreds of people looking at it. Nah, that's not beginner bro.
